Construction Of World-Class Urban Agglomerations In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei: Research On Progress And Strategy

In the 1960 s,the urban residents of developed countries began to move from the central urban area to the suburbs or the outskirts of the city.In this wave of urbanization,urban agglomerations gradually became the main form and space carrier of urbanization development.It is the result of interaction between agglomeration effect and diffusion effect.It has became a new form of regional spatial organization in the urbanization process.The Outline of Collaborative Development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,Beijing General Urban Planning(2016-2030)and Outline of the thirteenth year plan for national economy and social development in People's Republic of China proposed to build Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations with the capital as the core.Therefore,this paper tries to summarize the development characteristics of World-Class urban agglomeration.Based on these characteristics,this paper studies the progress of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei World-Class Urban Agglomerations,and puts forward strategies for Beijing Tianjin Hebei to build World-Class Urban Agglomerations.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this article,the research status at home and abroad,the main research contents and methods,innovations,etc.The second chapter is the theoretical basis,the core--peripheral theory,regional division of labor theory,urban pyramid theory and benchmarking management theory have been expanded in the direction of world-class urban agglomerations.The third chapter is the general situation and basic characteristics of the world-class urban agglomerations.This chapter introduces the general situation six world-class urban agglomerations and economic links between cities,urban hierarchy,the industrial division of labor system,the traffic network system,environmental management,etc.The basic characteristics have five respects.The fourth chapter is the core of this article,in view of the urban agglomerations in the third chapter summarizes the world-class economic links between cities and towns level system,the industrial division of labor system,the traffic network system,environmental governance and so on five aspects of the basic characteristics of the development analysis of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations,That can comprehend development status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations and the gap with world-class urban agglomerations.The fifth chapter is the experience reference,which sums up the five development experience of the world-class urban agglomerations.Respectively the magnetic center is important tension.Industrialization and urbanization is the ultimate power.Multi-center pattern of industrial network is the necessary foundation.Multi-level system of traffic network system is the main support.Sound environment protection strategy is a powerful guarantee.The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions.This chapter puts forward the corresponding to speed up the male new city development and construction,and improve the level of new urbanization in hebei province,build multi-level industry collaboration system,promote the development of urban agglomerations transportation collaborative innovation and improve the urban green development safeguard mechanism five Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations,such as building world-class development countermeasures of urban agglomerations.That strategy based on development experience of world-class urban agglomerations and the reality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations.
