Research On Accurate Identification Of Poverty Alleviation Objects

Poverty is a limiting factor for social harmony and development.As one of the most serious crises that human facing worldwide,it is a huge challenge to eliminate poverty.In China,poverty had been mainly found in rural areas,which hindered severely overall economic development and social advancement.It is very important to effectively achieve the task of rural poverty alleviation and development,which will impact on constructing the comprehensive comparatively well-off society and building harmonious society.Although the poverty alleviation work in China has made great achievements in recent years,there are still many difficulties.With the advent of economic situation variation,current rural poverty alleviation and development model are changing,and there are diversifying deviation in the implementation process as well as the un-imperfect working mechanism,the efforts of poverty alleviation has entered the most important and critical period,more and more new issues will been deal with.Based on the poor households in an agricultural county in Shaanxi Province as,combined with the related literature,the related poverty alleviation policies and the government functions at the national,province and county levels,this paper scientifically evaluated the "precise identification" policy in current poverty alleviation work,and further deeply analyzed the work of "data cleaning",with the aim to find the causes and the corresponding solution accordingly and then better promoting the functions of the government.Our study provides the theoretical foundation for the gradual elimination of poverty,and also contributes to the establishment of effective system of precise identification systems and methods.As an important national policy arisen by Xi Jinping,the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China,to target poverty alleviation has been formed a systemic ideology from theory to practice,which not only become an important guideline for China's poverty alleviation work,and is a theatrical foundation to construct the China's comprehensive well-off society successfully,but also improved the understanding of socialist common prosperity to be one of the latest achievement of Chinese Marxist philosophy.
