| A comprehensive well-off society,is our solemn commitment to the people of the whole country.The rural poor out of poverty is a comprehensive well-off society the most arduous task,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed the precise poverty theory system for undeveloped areas to promote poverty alleviation,to achieve synchronization with the national building a moderately prosperous society provides an important follow.Guangdong Province in poverty alleviation and development "planning to households,the responsibility to the people" in the poverty alleviation work and achieved certain results,but also reflect some problems.These problems will impact on the precise poverty stage in Guangdong province to deepen the good precision off poverty and become the bottleneck of restricting Guangdong Province into a comprehensive well-off society.In this paper,combing Chi Keng town of Guangning County in the last round of poverty alleviation to double work measures,effects and problems on the basis of the Chi Keng Guangning County town of precise poverty alleviation based on the status quo,analysis of related measures of the precise poverty alleviation demonstration,capital investment situation and the existing problems.Research shows that Chi Keng Zhen Guangning County in precise poverty alleviation in the current work,the main measures focus on industrial assistance,education aid,employment assistance and rural living environment and other aspects,there exist difficulties in accurate identification,poverty alleviation funds and project management system does not meet the requirements of precise poverty,poverty alleviation cadres do not force problem strong.Based on the above analysis,this paper put forward to promote Guangning county poverty alleviation precise recommendations,including: strengthen the precise identification;reform of poverty alleviation funds management system and strengthen financial integration;strengthen poverty alleviation cadres management. |
