Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Dongchangfu District,Liaocheng City

Poverty not only hinders the stability and harmony of the country,but also restricts the further development of social civilization.How to eradicate poverty thoroughly has been a difficult proble1 for all countries iin the world since ancient times.Since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government have actively responded to poverty by innovating institutional mechanisms,actively improving the relevant supporting policies to eradicate poverty,so that hundreds of millions of poor people can get rid of poverty and gradually become rich.Iin November 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward for the first time an important exposition of "poverty alleviation should be realistic,tailored to local conditions,classified guidance,avoid shouting slogans,and do not formulate long-range goals" when he was investigating the work of poverty alleviation in Shibadong Village,Xiangxi Prefecture.Hunan Province.The concept of precise poverty alleviation was put forward accordingly.Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City,located in the northwest of Shandong Province,is a poverty-stricken county at the national level.Taking the policy design,implementation and related problems of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City as the research object,this paper summarizes the problems of imperfect precise poverty alleviation system and mechanism,weak industrial poverty alleviation,weak financial precise poverty alleviation and weak participation of social forces in poverty alleviation in the targeted poverty alleviation work of Dongchangfu City by means of data consulting and questionnaires.In view of these problems,the paper proposes that Dongchangfu District should further improve the system and mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation,increase the intensity of industrial targeted poverty alleviation,further effectively play the role of financial targeted poverty alleviation,actively and extensively mobilize social forces to participate in targeted poverty alleviation.
