Research On The Innovation Development Path Of Science And Technology

The science and technology park is one of the most important means to realize the transformation of economy and the transformation of economic structure.At present,most of Chinese science and technology parks' target is expanding the scale of the parks,they rely on land price,government policy supports,other exogenous factor,to obtain a good growth performance.However,with the development of science and technology parks and industrial diversification,the problems are becoming increasingly prominent: the traditional exogenous path is difficult to achieve the sustainable development;regional homogeneity serious competition between the resources of the park intensified;difficult to form symbiosis industry.In view of the above problems,it is an important direction and strategy for the innovation and development of science parks.Firstly,on the basis of combing the relevant theoretical research,analyzes the innovation and development of science and technology parks,then,studies the connotation and essence of innovation and development of science and technology parks.Secondly,according to the logical thinking of "Phenomenon-influencing factor-driving mechanism,selects qualitative research method of grounded theory,uses typical cases to explore and analyze,the paper puts forward five key factors: cultural atmosphere,basic environment,auxiliary mechanism,industrial structure and open development.Besides,the paper studies the key influential elements of science park's innovation and development by qualitative research method,draws the key element model of innovation and development of science and technology parks,verifies the quantitative analysis of the conclusions of the study,by the multiple regression method,it is proved that the above five variables have significant effects on the innovation and development of science and Technology Parks.Then,studies deeply the typical cases,using the key event combing method,from the initial period,growth period,the relative maturity of the innovation path of the park to analyze the specific content,constructs the innovation and development model from the initial stage,growth stage and relative maturity stage,carries on the path design for the innovation and development of the parks: ecological development path,innovation development path and internationalization development path.Finally,on the basis of the research results of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the development path of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone.
