The Research On Collaborative Development Among Manufacturing?Logistics And Finance Of Fujian Province

In the environment that international economic situation is complex,the domestic economic develops into the new normal,supply-side structural reforms and a series of other changes occur,how to make full use of a series of preferential policies,combined with the development characteristics of manufacturing,logistics,finance to promote the collaborative development of the three major industries in Fujian Province is of great significance to the upgrading industrial structure of Fujian Province and the building of new Fujian.The first part of the article is the contents of the research and collation to the related literature.On the basis of this,the theoretical foundation and the realistic foundation of the collaborative development of the three major industries of Fujian Province are analyzed.Theoretical basis part includes the concepts of manufacturing,logistics and finance,and the related theories such as synergetics,composite system and game theory.This part also includes the contents that the three major industries in the process of development will spontaneously form a composite system due to structural and functional complementarity.In the composite system,the three major industries can take full advantage of the advantages of other industries to achieve greater social and economic benefits.The realistic foundation describes that the three major industries of Fujian Province form some basis in the process of development,but they have their own problems.For the manufacturing industry,it is facing the unbalanced development,the proportion of enterprises above the scale is low,financing difficulties and other problems.For the logistics industry,it is facing the high costs,inadequate utilization of port resources,shortage of overall planning and other problems.For the financial industry,it is facing the utilization rate of capital is not high,the proportion of direct financing is low,the private loan is flawed and other problems.Based on the actual situation,the paper chooses the composite system synergy model to make an empirical analysis of the composite system synergy of the three major industries in Fujian Province.The result shows that the three industries develop well in an orderly manner,but in this process they do not form a better state of collaborative development.The reason for this result is that in the development process of the three major industries in Fujian Province,the three industries are not actively involved in the composite system which is composed of the three major industries,which leads to the network of composite systems is simple,and the composite system cannot make full use of the power of the environment to improve the synergistic degree.Finally,combined with the theoretical foundation,realistic foundation and empirical analysis results,the research puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the synergistic degree of the composite system in Fujian Province from three aspects:government,industry and enterprise.
