Research On The Construction Of Quality Management System Of S Real Estate Company

The real estate industry as one of the important force to promote China's economic development,its quality not only influences the company ‘sustainability development,but also has relates to national policy livelihood of happiness and security.Therefore,the quality of project will become the must way for the real estate enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.By combing with the quality management theory,study the quality management theory and the management system of real estate enterprise quality,this paper choose S real estate corporation to analyze its quality management system deeply.Firstly,this paper introduced the status quo of S' quality management,including the problems of the engineering project,the quality management,quality management system construction.And then,combined with the quality management theory of real estate companies,it discussed the S company's quality management system status quo and problems from four angles: plan of quality management,quality management organization,quality control measures,and quality assurance measures.Next,picked the benchmark company targeted who has received a highlight in quality control--VANKE,to learn its construction quality control and quality management system construction,trying to find some experience to reference.Subsequently,take VANKE as a benchmark,this paper put forward the corresponding improvements from four aspects of quality management plan,quality management organization,quality control measures and quality assurance measures.Finally,in accordance with the "before-doing-after" factors controlling management lines,combined with the impact of the project quality,described the methods of quality control implementation.It is very useful that the analysis and improved scheme of S company's quality management system and construction quality control method in this paper,it not only for the S company,but also for the other real estate companis who are in the same develop stage.Therefor,what this paper' practice and use about the real estate quality management system construction and control methods,have a stronger certain practical and social significance for the real estate company.
