A Study On Quality Management Of Real Estate Project Of One Country Of TS Group

Quality is the prerequisite and basis of its marketing in the real estate industry projects,but also related to its corporate reputation and enhance the efficiency of enterprises,it can be said that the quality of real estate production is the core and key.The effective guarantee of the quality of the real estate project depends on whether it meets the basic requirements of the "three control and two management".But the current level of real estate industry project quality management is declining with the real estate construction units and their related staff quality management awareness gradually weak,the implementation of weak quality management system and the impact of economic interests and other factors.Therefore,this paper systematically studies the problems and quality management strategies of the National Project of the TS Group on the TS Group.The project is based on the quality management trilogy and the comprehensive quality management of the TS Group.Theoretical thought.The author's major contributions are outlined as follows:1.TS Group Guo Bin One project quality problems have been studied.At present,the main problems faced by the construction of the National Project of the TS Group are focused on the four aspects such as the fuzzy management of project management personnel,the higher demand standard of the project,the complicated construction environment and the coordination difficulty of the multi-participant subject.The basic profile of the project and the analysis of the quality acceptance criteria..2.TS Group Guo Bin One project quality planning have been studied.Quality planning is based on the relevant standards and requirements to identify the quality objectives of the project and through the appropriate allocation and use of resources to achieve the project quality objectives.The process control plan includes project target quality planning,project process control planning and quality acceptance and audit planning.The overall quality objectives of the National Project One is:all qualified,the final goal includes a floor rate of more than 90%and customer satisfaction of more than 90%of the two aspects.Project process control planning to ensure that the construction process is always in a controlled state,is to ensure the quality of the project objectives of the key.Project quality acceptance and audit planning can be attributed to construction acceptance and process control,joint acceptance and quality evaluation of three aspects.3.Quality Control of TS Group Guo Bin One Project have been studied.This paper puts forward the quality control measures of TS Group 's No.1 real estate project from four aspects:quality control of project planning and design quality control,quality control of project influencing factors,quality control of key projects and improvement of quality management system of National Project One.
