| With the change of consumer’s consumption mode and developing of Internet,customization is becoming more and more common.This makes the traditional manufacturing enterprises begin to pay attention to other value-added aspects around manufacturing,which is PLM based service-oriented manufacturing transforming.These changes require a faster response speed to the market,more efficient in product R&D and more integrated information system.In additional,these changes also put a forward challenge to the model and integration of project management in traditional manufacturing enterprise.There are different kinds of projects,project phases,product & production data,service data and IT applications in the project management of PLM based service-oriented manufacturing.Existing methods hardly ensure the consistency and inner relevancy among these data.By the relative analysis of project,project process group,project task in PM and product data,simulation data,product development task in PLM,an integrated model of PLM based project management is proposed for service-oriented manufacturing.In this paper,we take service-oriented manufacturing project management as the research object.First of all,pointed out the purpose and significance of the research,and summarized situation about service manufacturing research and its project management.Then,the related theories regarding service-oriented manufacturing and project management are described,which is starting from the connotation and characteristics of mass customization,elaborates relationship between mass customization and service-oriented manufacturing in product design and flexible manufacturing aspects.Pointed out the characteristics in problem solving and outcomes between service-oriented manufacturing and traditional manufacturing industry,finally describes the theory of project management from the project needs,project management process,knowledge,goals and time dimension.In the third chapter,firstly the paper analyzed the pain point of transforming to service-oriented manufacturing in the definition of customer participation,the way of production organization and data consistency,as well as the demand for project management.On this basis,the paper identified the elements of service oriented manufacturing project management in the project lifecycle,process control,data consistency and information integration in four aspects,and based on the these elements a integration framework for product life cycle manufacturing project management in the project structure,project file,project resources,project process and project knowledge base in 5 aspects is proposed.Finally,a case study regarding configuration to order based industry PC is provided,which stand a reference for the integrated practice of service-oriented manufacturing project management in the "project –process-data-platform" way. |
