In recent years,with increasingly fierce competition between banks and homogeneous products and services,a new trend in competition has arisen from tangible products to intangible talent and science and technology.Based on related theories of human resource management,this paper studies the Beijing Branch of A Bank to design a set of talent pool management system by analyzing problems in its talent management and designs a set of scientific and effective talent pool management system,then proposes safeguard measures to ensure the effective operation of talent pool.The first and second chapters elaborate the background and significance of the dissertation,and describe the relevant research achievements and opinions in recent years on the theory of talent pool,talent succession plan,human resource supply chain and talent pool.The third chapter studies the development process of human resource management of A Bank Beijing Branch and the existing problems in the current talent management,and analyzes the main reasons leading to these problems from the aspects of system and environment.In the fourth chapter,the author tries to design the talent pool system of A Bank Beijing Branch from the aspects of principle and organization construction.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to ensure the benign operation of A Bank Beijing branch in the aspects of management mechanism and training mode.
