Optimization Of Logistics System Of HM Company Motor General Assembly Workshop

With the rapid development of economy in our country,the motor industry increasingly fierce competition,The competition mode between enterprises has changed from the traditional production scale and product quality competition to speed and cost competition,reduce product cost,shorten the production cycle is the key factor leading enterprises in the competition.The logistics system of most motor manufacturing enterprises is naturally formed,and it is difficult to guarantee the reliability,coordination,rationality and optimization.How to rationally allocate logistics resources,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency is the focus of production logistics system optimization issues,but also enterprises to reduce costs,shorten the product life cycle,the key to adapt to the changing market.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of the production logistics system of motor manufacturing enterprise by taking HM company's small motor assembly workshop as the research object.This paper analyzes the current situation of the logistics system of the small motor assembly workshop of HM company,and points out the problems existing in the production logistics system.The optimization methods of three kinds of improvement points are analyzed from three aspects: production process optimization,spatial layout planning and transportation system optimization,and taking HM enterprise as the background,the production logistics system of small motor assembly plant was optimized.Finally,the simulation model is established for the enterprise logistics system background of small motor assembly shop before and after improvement by using Arena14.7simulation software,The simulation results are analyzed and optimized according to the total output and resource utilization rate of the simulation logistics system before and after the optimization,illustrate the necessity and effectiveness of small motor assembly plant production logistics system optimization.Optimization of HM company's small motor assembly workshop production logistics system,comprehensively improve the operation of the logistics system to better logistics system services to boost the level of the competitiveness of the enterprise market,and make a useful exploration for the whole assembly workshop logistics system construction of motor manufacturing industry.
