Development Strategic Research Of Mongolia Railway Container Transportation

In recent years,with the growth of Mongolia's foreign trade and economic growth,the volume of foreign trade and logistics has continued to rise,and the supply of containers has continuously increased.However,there is a huge gap between the huge "potential demand"for railway container transport and the "bottleneck" in the lag of railway container transport.In 2016,the volume of transportation in Mongolia was 4.039 million tons and only 10%of which was transported by railway container.Thus,compared with other modes of transport in Mongolia and abroad,there is a large gap and there are many deficiencies.These problems have greatly inhibited the development of rail freight transport and rail container transport in Mongolia,increased research in this area,and found and solved the problems in Mongolia The current problems in railway container transport,the Mongolian railway hub terminal planning,has a good practical and theoretical significance.Based on the analysis of the status quo of container transport in Mongolia Railways,this paper analyzes the container transport of Mongolia Railways by SWOT and puts forward the problems existing in the container transport of Mongolia Railways.Combined with the forecast of container freight volume of Mongolia Railways,this paper analyzes the overall situation and development trend of railway container transport in Mongolia.Then,considering the layout and planning of the Mongolian railway network,the paper comprehensively and systematically studies the planning of Mongolian railway container hub station,and puts forward the strategy and direction of the container railway development in Mongolia.The first chapter reviews the status quo of domestic and foreign scholars on railway transport-related research and put forward the content and technical route of this paper.The second chapter mainly introduces the related theories of container transport and railway container transport,Based on the analysis of the status quo of container transport in Mongolia Railways,the third chapter of this paper carries out SWOT analysis on the current situation of container transport in Mongolia Railways and puts forward the problems existing in the container transport of Mongolia Railways.In the fourth chapter,we predict the container freight volume in Mongolia in next two years and analyze the prediction result.In the fifth chapter,a questionnaire is designed and the method of expert investigation is used to determine the evaluation index system.The fifth chapter puts forward the development strategy of railway container transportation by combining the results of Chapter ? and Chapter ?.
