In 2012,with the restriction of the three public consumption policies,the liquor industry in China bid farewell to the "golden ten years" from 2003 to 2012..After five years of deep adjustment,the industry has gradually recovered and adjusted,and a lot of changes have taken place in the form.The trend of the flat and professional channels has become a trend.The new liquor chain based on the marketing mode of franchised stores has gradually become the terminal channel that the wine enterprises can not ignore.In order to ensure the size of the liquor enterprises,the demand for talents is increasingly strong,and the demand is higher and higher.The degree of specialization and talent quality of the company has a decisive influence on the speed of the system expansion.It is also an indispensable guarantee for the stability of the system and the sustainability of the development.It is a problem to solve the problem that how to recruit high quality talents quickly and effectively and meet the business development.The introduction of project management mode to standardize the recruitment management,in order to solve the problem of recruitment in the rapid expansion period of enterprise recruitment,to improve the scientific and effective of the enterprise recruitment management system,provides a new thinking mode,and also provides an effective solution to solve these problems.The main purpose of this paper is to combine the project management with the recruitment management,take the HZ wine chain Limited by Share Ltd(hereinafter referred to as HZ company)as an example to combine the project management method to carry out the actual operation of the recruitment management system optimization,and demonstrate the problems and improvement methods found by HZ company in the practice process,and the best way to improve the recruitment management system.Finally,to improve the efficiency of management,improve the quality and speed of recruitment,optimize the result of the recruitment management system,and provide support for the construction of a professional and efficient human resource organization system.This paper mainly studies the methods,first of all,using the literature method to collect and analyze the information about the theory and practical experience of project management,recruitment management and other aspects at home and abroad,and then use the comparative analysis method to analyze the concept and management methods of project management and recruitment management,and apply the combination of the two theories.On the analysis of the recruitment management system of HZ,the position of department and stakeholder in recruitment management process is analyzed.Finally,we use the empirical research method,take the enterprise recruitment management as a case,try to combine the related theory of project management,put forward their own opinions and solutions,optimize the recruitment system and process for the relevant departments to make decisions.The results of this paper mainly include two aspects: firstly,from the theoretical aspect,it explores the effectiveness of the combination of project management and recruitment management,and provides a theoretical basis for the expansion of the field of project management and the optimization of the recruitment management system.Second,from the practical aspect,we try to combine project management with recruitment practice,and put forward specific improvement methods.
