Research On Academic Integrity And Its Anomie

In recent years,countries pay attention to the cultivation of scientific and technological personnel and appointment,the cultivation of the talents of science and technology achievements,however,need through academic papers and other academic achievements to show and explain,in the process,inevitably appeared all kinds of gray industry chain,in order to meet a few academic misconduct and academic anomie scum of scientific research in the pursuit of the so-called "scientific research".At present,China and even the world have increasingly strict and operational academic governance regulations.Among them,the topic of academic legislation was formally put on the agenda o f the 2010 China symposium on scientific research integrity and academic style construction.Ministry of science and technology and the ministry of education formulated and issued and revising perfect files of all kinds of academic norms,standards of academic dishonesty more specification,but some of us are for the benefit of all kinds of gray and artificially high reputation,do not hesitate to trample personal morals,contrary to professional ethics,to an academic dishonesty,misconduct,illegal behavior.So what exactly is academic misconduct? Why did this anomie happen? How to construct academic integrity? From scientific research institutions to the whole society,what measures should be taken in the face of academic misconduct?In this article,through the study of the historical roots and its nature of academic integrity,this paper discusses the problem of academic dishonesty form and the harm to society,industry and individuals,and from different angles on the causes of academic dishonesty is analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward the construction idea of scientific academic integrity standard system and the countermeasures of academic misconduct.This article suggested that "to establish academic accountability system","strengthen the members of the public academic evaluation mechanism","improve the supervision of examination",the academic standard of the work as soon as possible into the orbit of institutionalization.In formulating policies and regulations at the same time,restore honesty in academia academic spirit,build allows unsuccessful academic environment,at the same time of training high level scientific research workers,also cultivate spiritual mentor with noble personality charm.
