How To Promote The Modernization Of Construction Industry In Jilin Province

As a representative of advanced productive forces,modernization of construction industry is a transformation to the traditional cast-in-place production method.It accords with the requirement of low-carbon economy and is the main trend of the construction industry in the future.Modernization of construction industry is still in the primary stage in China.In recent years,The government has formulated many policies and regulations to promote the development of the industrialization of buildings,and with obvious effect.In order to promote the industrialization development,many places,for example:Beijing,Shanghai,Shenyang,have accorded to their own economic and social development status,formulated relevant policies,standards,norms and so on,and the progress is obvious.This paper has researched how to promote the development of modernization of construction industry in Jilin province,analyzed the advantage of construction industrialization and the problems have encountered during the implementation process.It also has studied how to construct the propulsion mechanism of modernization of construction industry in Jilin province.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The paper analyzes the benefits of modernization of construction industry.The cost advantage of the whole life cycle is analyzed by using the life-cycle cost method,as well as the environmental benefit and social benefit.(2)The paper analyzes the obstacles encountered in the process of modernization of construction industry from the aspects of government,relevant enterprises,consumers,technology and policies.(3)Combining the economic and technological development of Jilin province,the paper puts forward the goal,time step,propulsion principle,and the overall propulsion scheme of modernization of construction industry in Jilin province.In short,in this paper,combining with the development of construction industry in the developed countries,drawing lessons from the experience of industrialization of advanced provinces and cities in our country,for the first time puts forward theoverall propulsion scheme of modernization of construction industry in Jilin province,for promoting the modernization of construction industry in Jilin province to provide theoretical reference.
