Research On The Evaluation Of The Development Level Of Science And Technology Service Industry In Tianjin

With the economic development and scientific advances,Science and Technology Services Industry,which provides scientific and technological services as its main features is becoming one of the fastest growing fields.From the status of scientific and technological development in our country,due to a late start,there are some problems.For example,the size of science and technology agencies is smaller,having weak competitiveness,lacking of a group of strong agencies with core competitiveness and so on.In such a situation,we should study deeply and promote the development of the whole industry in its theory.This article is based on theoretical research results at home and abroad,around the center theme of developing external the science and technology service industry in Tianjin.Then we do research about the existing condition of the industry.In the progress of research,we take the method which includes qualitative and quantitative research.Firstly,according to the demographics in the past years,the existing condition of science and technology service industry in Tianjin is illustrated.Secondly,we analyze the industry's problem.At the same time,a set of effectiveness assessment index system is constructed according to the evaluating principle.Based on this,the ranking of Tianjin in all of the country is analyzed with the principal component analysis At last,we set forward our proposition about the current problem.This research finally wants to explore the rank of science and technology service industry of Tianjin compared to each national province,city,and autonomous region.Besides this,we also explore the mainly impact factors of the science and technology service industry,which provides a theoretical basis and reference.
