Large-scale population movement is one of the most significant demographic phenomena in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.A large number of laborers have been transferred from rural areas to cities, from agricultural production to other production types. In the process, they achieved a transformation of their own identity, and at the same time, they also realized the urbanization of"people".However, with the continuous transformation and development of the economy and society, the economically developed cities, which are the influx of migrant workers, have entered the stage of high urbanization and rapid aging. In this context, migrant workers have also begun to show many new trends. For example, the phenomenon of Migrant workers' family migration, intergenerational differences within migrant workers' group, and the reflux of migrant workers, these new trends will bring new challenges to the integration of migrant workers in cities. This paper focuses on the issue of "the transformation of migrant workers' flow pattern" in the context of "social transformation" and analyzes the characteristics of migrant workers' turnover patterns. In general, over time, the floating population presents a trend of changing from "survival employment" to "family development".In addition, this paper analyzes the factors affecting social integration of migrant workers through cross-analysis and binary logistic regression models. It is learned that factors such as academic qualifications, income, housing, and life satisfaction will affect farmers.Corresponding to the characteristics of the transition of migrant workers' flow patterns,it shows that they will have an effect on the social integration of migrant workers. Finally, after discussion and summarization, combined with the heterogeneity and complexity of the current demand for migrant workers' urbanization,it provides some more operational policy suggestion to realize the structural optimization of migrant workers' public services.
