With the increase of Chinese ownership and average age of car age in the last ten years,the future of the car market has a broad prospect and the industry continues to grow,and the next trillions of consumers will be promoted.Compared with the vehicle sales market,the development of the automobile aftermarket is lagging behind.There are such problems as high cost,too long circulation links,and imperfect policies and regulations.The broad concept of the automobile aftermarket refers to the various kinds of consumption surrounding the process of vehicle use before the destruction of automobiles.The narrow concept of automobile aftermarket mainly refers to automobile maintenance and consumption,and the automobile parts and supplies involved.The automobile aftermarket referred to in this article refers to the narrow concept of the automobile aftermarket.The automobile aftermarket e-commerce is a business model that uses the theory of electronic commerce,the internet technology to put the consumption decision and payment process online in order to reduce the service cost.At present,the e-commerce in the automobile aftermarket is still in its initial stage.Compared with the automobile aftermarket industry,the development of e-commerce in electrical,daily chemical and garment industries has been quite mature.Some business tycoons also put forward a new retail mode combining online and offline.The new retail mode is still at the conceptual stage,and professor Zeng from Alibaba put forward the business model of S2B2C under the new retail background,providing a reference and specific direction.This paper reviews the business model innovation in the field of Internet and automobile aftermarket,introduces the concept of S2B2C business model and carries out the main point analysis and case study.On the basis of the analysis of the industry background and the current e-commerce model,the possibility of applying the S2B2C model to the automobile aftermarket is fully demonstrated.At last,based on the background of carzone company,this paper analyzes the current situation of the company and the market pain point.In view of the needs of the company's business transformation,this paper puts forward the scheme of applying the S2B2C model to the automobile aftermarket industry in China,and constructs an e-commerce model of the automobile aftermarket based on the S2B2C.This paper expounds and analyzes the information system and profit model in the model.In the aspect of promotion and operation,the internal organization structure is clarified,the target market positioning,the internal core competence and the external resources that can be used in cooperation are analyzed,and the overall promotion and operation scheme is put forward.
