Study On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Changxing Island Economic Zone Planning And Development In Dalian

Since the reform and opening up,urbanization in China has achieved remarkable achievements.The construction of all kinds of development zones plays a leading role in the development of urbanization.Under the background of the new normal and new urbanization,the planning and development of a new round of development zones is of great importance.The current problems of resources and the environment are becoming increasingly prominent.The island construction has become a new way for various countries to develop and utilize marine resources and expand the development space for urban and rural areas.Dalian Changxing Island Economic Zone is a beautiful island located on the west of the Liaodong Peninsula,which is the largest island on the north of the Yangtze River and borders on the Bohai Sea.Its geographic location and port resources have the advantage of extending to the international market.As a nationallevel economic and technological development zone,it is an important node in the planning and layout of China's “One Belt and One Road”,the economic circle surrounding the Bohai Sea,and “One Belt and Five Bases” in Liaoning Province.The overall planning,reasonable localization and harmonious development are profound and important.Firstly,the subject starts with several in-depth field surveys by visiting relevant residents and consulting relevant government leaders and experts.It analyzes the research background of the subject,determines the purpose and significance of the research and plans a technological roadmap of the research objects and contents by searching relevant data both at home and abroad.Secondly,this thesis defines the related concepts of the subject,analyzes related theories and cases,and establishes the theoretical and practical foundation for follow-up research.It puts forward the concepts,development stages,rules and characteristics of the island economic zone.It also makes an analysis on the basic situation of Changxing Island Economic Zone from three aspects: historical evolution,natural conditions and development status.Current problems are summarized in terms of industrial structure,resource utilization,and infrastructure.Based on the analysis of geographical locations,it explores development breakthroughs from the three perspectives which are state,province and city.It establishes linkage planning with the four regions around it by using regional planning strategies,analyze regional competitiveness and draw conclusions on the basis of Changxing Island and its surrounding economic.Through Industrial structure matrix analysis method,industrial planning,development direction and realization conditions are obtained.It makes an empirical study on the last general planning and explores the reasons for the deviations between the actual development and the planning.Urban and rural planning and disciplines of related subjects are used to formulate basic principles of planning and development for the Changxing Island,and clearly clarifies the planning and development orientation.Combining physical mechanics and spatial geometry,the thesis builds a three-dimensional dynamic mechanism model and makes detailed plans,which contributes to the construction and development of Changxing Island Economic Zone and provide a reference for the research of other economic and technological development zones.
