The Research On Decent Labor Factor Analysis,level Measurement And Its Application

In promoting the process of urbanization and building a socialist harmonious society in China,"decent work" is of great significance.This paper summarizes the research about the connotation of decent work and decent labor standards on the basis of the relevant literature,combined with the measure of the international labor organization of the definition of decent work,selection of objective data,composed of one composed of 14 indicators of the level of China decent work index system.Through theoretical research and empirical analysis,and calculate the long-term development trend of China from 2000 to 2015,the level of decent work and Chinese measure in 2015 of 31 provinces,to measure the level of decent work,find out the favorable factors on the level of decent work and unfavorable factors,so as to enhance the level of decent work and find out countermeasures.This article uses the factor analysis model and SPSS software,through factor analysis China decent work including labor protection,employment security and quality of 3 public factors and calculate the weight of each main factor influence on the level of decent work China score,from 2000 to 2015 through the empirical analysis of the level of Chinese decent work,we can get: China decent work level has been improved rapidly with the rapid economic sustainable development of our society,and with the whole social employment environment,China's decent work level get to a higher level in a step by step,improve the long-term stability and development is mainly due to China's macro economy and China labor protection laws and regulations system.In accordance with the ideas and methods of the same,estimated in 2015 China's 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of decent work the main factor score and comprehensive score,and the main factor score of each province and the comprehensive score ranking,through the analysis and comparison of the 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of decent work the level is divided into four levels: high level,decent work,decent work,decent work generally high level level and low level of decent work.An empirical analysis based on the above data,and then engage the actual situation in China this paper suggested: first,the implementation of employment priority policies to promote full employment;second,improve the social security system,strengthen labor employment protection;third,strengthen the construction of trade unions to promote labor double Fang Ping dialogue;Fourth,to promote the labor legislation and supervision system construction to normalization;Fifth,we should promote social supervision of decent work by government departments.
