In recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization and increase of China's economic strength,Chinese companies have become increasingly powerful and motivated to enter the international market.Overseas mergers and acquisition has become an important way for Chinese companies to acquire advanced technologies and expand overseas markets.However,the results of mergers and acquisitions are not optimistic.Regarding overseas mergers and acquisitions,there is a well-known "law of sevens and seventies" in the world,that is 70%of mergers and acquisitions do not achieve the desired results,and 70%failures should attribute to improper cultural integration.Thus,it can be seen that the study of cultural integration after overseas M&A has a positive effect on the success of Chinese companies' overseas M&A.In this paper,based on the analysis and analysis of the literature on overseas mergers and acquisitions related to cultural integration both at home and abroad,through the integration of Chinese companies' overseas mergers and acquisitions culture,such as the definition of cultural integration,the significance of the meaning,the risk of cultural integration and other related theories,a detailed study of overseas mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises.The status quo of cultural integration,problems that arise,and difficulties in cultural integration,combined with Lenovo's acquisition of the classic case of the IBM PC department and its successful experience,China's overseas mergers and acquisitions culture integration proposes strategies such as strengthening cultural communication and providing cultural training.The research in this paper not only enriches the related theories of overseas M&A culture integration,but also provides a strong reference value for the successful implementation of overseas mergers and acquisitions by Chinese companies,in particular addressing the difficulties of cultural integration.The innovations of this article are:First,the research perspective innovation,taking commercial culture into consideration when studying cultural risks,and enriching the research content;Second,the research content is unique.This article combines national culture,business culture,organizational culture and Mergers and acquisitions integration model and process analysis,research content is enriched.
