ZJ Laboratory aims to improve the commissioned inspection process and supervision inspection process.In all inspection work,commissioned inspection and supervision inspection have the most workloads,the highest frequency.The number of samples on these two inspection activities is also the most.It will bring a vital significance for the entire Laboratory if these two inspection processes to be improved.With business process reengineering(BPR)as the theoretical basis,Using demand analysis to improve the process of commissioned inspection and supervision,the problems in these links to solve,will also notice the link between the problem of cohesion,ultimately to achieve the overall inspection process improvement.Using information method to assist the improvement of the inspection process,establish a complete information database of tobacco products,and improve the flexibility of cohesion between each link.Using benchmarking method,referring to the excellent methods of other standard Laboratories,combining with their own reality,we set up the improvement targets for the commissioning process and the supervision inspection process.Two of the common problems in the process of the main two points: the first part is the lack of technical means of data acquisition capacity,but also in the use of obsolete manual input and output data,not only time-consuming,inefficient,and there is a large number of repetitive operation content,but also prone to errors.The second part is that a large number of sample's information has not been retained,once the sample has been seized again,its information also be re-enter or inquire the manufacturer.Aiming at the two points of commonness,the solution is to establish the sample information database,and then add the data acquisition function in the existing LIMS.According to the individualized problem of the commissioned inspection and the supervision inspection,the different measures are also applied: the sample link and the reporting process in the commissioned inspection,there are more cross connection.There is a lot of the same artificial repetitive Laboratory,inefficient and easy to produce human error.We solve the problem by changing the order of assignment in two links and eliminating redundant operation.In the supervision inspection process,the lack of sampling link to sample test links,sample information has to be entered in each link separately,continuity and consistency is not good.Add the inspection task to release the link,sampling and sample test two links together,do sample data sharing.Finally,after all the improvement measures are implemented,using the SDCA cycle method(standardized maintenance),the second step of--CHECK(inspection),Action(summary),the overall process of improving the effectiveness of the evaluation,the implementation of commissioned inspection process and supervision of the improvement of the objectives,and the practical work of ZJ Laboratory to help and upgrade.We believe that using the concept of BPR can determine the objective of implementing improvement in ZJ Laboratory,and the concrete implementation measures after target determination are all centered.Using benchmarking method and SDCA circular method,we can effectively guide the process Improvement implementation of ZJ Laboratory,mainly aiming at the core link to improve and delete,and through the effect evaluation of the implementation,the improvement of objectives and measures are consistent with the expectation,the effect is obvious after improvement.
