Research On The Functional Optimizationof Guangzhou Science City Area Based On The Evaluation Of The Efficient Of The Land Use

Science City area is facing the pressure of industrial upgrading and insufficient land resources,so it is necessary to optimize the land use through functional optimization,and promote the sustainable development of the area.There are some defects such as spatial factors mixing and function disharmony in Science City area.In this paper,the land use efficiency evaluation method is used to evaluate the input and output of land and function allocation of science city,from the economic,social,ecological and other aspects.Finally,the article puts forward the function optimization countermeasure according to the research of relevant cases.This paper is composed of six chapters,which uses multidisciplinary and multi methods to analyze and research.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the study,and the characteristics of scientific city were analyzed to define,think science city area is a gathering area is on the stage of development to the fusion production city industry.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation and relevant research,firstly the theoretical basis of land use efficiency and related research are reviewed,Secondly,this paper makes a comparative analysis of China's current land use efficiency evaluation method and evaluation system,combing the index system of different function areas,provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the scientific evaluation system of city area.Finally,the paper summarizes the related research of industrial agglomeration area,summarizes the experience of functional optimization of industrial agglomeration areas.The third chapter is the construction of land use efficiency evaluation system.Through the research on the development background,industry status,land use situation and spatial characteristics of Science City area,this paper puts forward the two level evaluation idea of "overall level-division level",and constructed different index system.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the land use efficiency and the optimization strategy of the overall level of the science city.The paper evaluates the overall level of Science City,and finds that the land use structure is deficient,the land use intensity is not enough,and the land output benefit is missing.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.The fifth chapter is the evaluation of the land use efficiency and the optimization strategy of the division level of the science city.The article evaluates the "east" region and the "political and cultural center" region.This paper studies the functions,structure,facilities and residents' demands of the two regions,and then puts forward the strategy of functional optimization.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the enlightenment,this paper summarizes the system of Science City area land use efficiency evaluation method,lists the shortcomings in the research.The article provides experience reference for other function optimization.
