| Under the increasingly fierce market environment,more and more enterprises recognized the importance of enterprise culture in the competition;enterprise culture has become the source and the multiplier for the combat effectiveness of the enterprise.Software enterprise is a knowledge-intensive enterprise,that means the employees need to unleash themselves talents as much as possible,more attention has been paying to the staff’s creativity,rapid response and the flexibility of thinking,for such kind of enterprises.The corporation culture management became particularly important.The B Company in this study is a software company with university background.During the process of its development,the enterprise culture was developing as its nature with its own features.At present,the B Company is preparing for the listing,the current corporate culture is no longer suitable for the rapidly increasing company.That’s why it’s urgent for the B Company to explore an adaptable corporate culture system.At first,this study gives a summarization of the concept of corporate culture both in China and abroad,has a review of B Company’s development process,and then presents the current enterprise culture of B Company.In order to find an adaptability improvement way,based on the above information and according to the Quinn’s OCAI which was built upon CVF,I designed a questionnaire of B company enterprise culture and had the on-the-spot interviews and questionnaire investigations in B Company.By analyzing the investigation data,I found the problem of B Company’s enterprise culture,and then analyzed the existing problem of B Company under its background.Then,I summarized the experiences of successful software companies at home and aboard.Finally,by using them for reference,considering the actual situation of B Company,proposing countermeasures to improve the enterprise culture construction of B company with four aspects— “Heart--concept cultural construction,System--system culture construction,Action--behavior culture construction,Material--physical material culture construction.”.in order to enhancing the company’s construction of enterprise culture. |
