With the comprehensive deepening reform steadily,people's demand for spiritual life is on the increase.City gardens not only provide leisure spaces for both urban and rural residents,but also play a positive role in beautifying the appearance of a city,balancing urban ecology,regulating climate and purifying air.Landscape designing is the most important part in the whole landscape construction.The research and construction on incentive mechanism of landscape architects who are the core staff of a landscape design enterprise were always been ignored by experts and entrepreneurs for a long time.This thesis will provide some reference for researchers and entrepreneurs.In this thesis,we applied some research methods,such as literature study and questionnaire method.First of all,we proposed a prediction model to forecast the effect of the incentives.The model consists of 12 independent variables and 2 dependent variables and 5 control variables may affect the dependent variables.According to the relationship between the independent variables and dependent variables,we suggested 26 hypotheses.In order to collect the data accurately,we designed a questionnaire of incentive mechanism which is focused on landscape architects.256 valid samples were collected.The thesis empirically studied the effect of the incentives based on the results of questionnaire survey.By adopting the method of multiple linear regression analysis,we sought every regression coefficient,constructed the prediction model and confirmed some of the hypotheses.It had been shown that certain incentive measures had significant positive effect on the satisfaction of landscape architects and efforts willingness.Salary,challenge,promotion,working atmosphere and personal accomplishment have significant positive effect on the satisfaction of landscape architects.Challenge,promotion and personal accomplishment have significant positive effect on the efforts willingness of landscape architects.In summary,landscape design enterprises should establish the performance management and profit-sharing scheme,creating harmonious working atmosphere and focus on the growth and development of landscape architects.Only in this way,we can stimulate landscape architects' enthusiasm and creativity and further enhance individual and enterprise performance in order to achieve strategic objectives.
