The Study On The Tourism Carrying Capacity Of Bingling Temple Grottoes

Bingling temple grottoes is located in the Yongjing Country of Gansu Province.digged in the valleys of JiShiShan mountains,by the north shore of the Yellow River,and just in the tail of Liujiaxia reservoir.After centuries of construction from 4th century to the 10 th century,there contains rich content of cultural relics,such as grotto statues,murals,pagodas,inscription;The geological environment of the region is the typical Danxia landform,which is the national 4A tourist scenic,becoming the chosen-place for people to travel on holiday.But due to the geological environment conditions,in addition to the weak infrastructure of tourist service,the area of Bingling temple grottoes as a tourist scenic is narrow,so in the process of the increasing tourists in recent years,the scenic of tourism gradually show a certain degree of overload phenomenon,these bringing certain negative impact on the natural environment,caves and visitor experience.Through the analysis of the theories and methods of tourism carrying capacity,this paper is based on the opening characteristics and environmental characteristics of Bingling temple grottoes,and is determined to be guided by the LAC theory method.According to the method of LAC theory,the main focus of the study on the tourism carrying capacity of Bingling temple grottoes is the ability of tourist service facilities and visitor experience.Based on this,partition the mainly open area of Bingling temple grottoes to three function regions,be defined as: the core area,promenade area and leisure area.and then based on the investigation results of the current tourist reception conditions of Bingling temple grottoes,study the tourism carrying capacity of the three different functional areas respectively.In the calculation of carrying capacity threshold,identified the tourism psychological carrying capacity which based on the visitor experience,and the limit space carrying capacity which based on the personal safety.calculate the carrying capacity of each functional area respectively,and then determine the reasonable Bingling temple grottoes scenic tourism carrying capacity.According to the calculated result,put forward the proposal of the planning of scenic environment,infrastructure services,and the managment of visitors tourist activities.by these approaches,as a heritage sit of Bingling temple grottoes,to get the purpose of making the cultural heritage and environment in a long-term preservation conditions,the value efficient used,the object of tourists visit more orderly,and visitors can get more satisfactory and comfortable travel environment.
