Under the background of the era of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship have flourished and become the main force of scientific and technological innovation.Many micro and small enterprises have also responded to the call of the times and actively developed into micro and small enterprises.In the development of small and micro innovative enterprise,not only face the pressure of innovation,but also face the inevitable problem of small and micro enterprise,the management mechanism is not perfect.Taking Qingdao HT Corporation as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the existing incentive mechanism of the company,summarizes the problems existing in the existing incentive mechanism,and puts forward the optimization measures.In order to fully understand the present situation of the incentive mechanism of Qingdao HT Company,the author has read a lot of domestic and foreign literature on the incentive mechanism,using the methods of questionnaire,personnel interview,theoretical analysis,and so on.Through the statistical analysis of the survey data,it is found that there are unreasonable salary system,low salary level,unsound performance appraisal system,imperfect staff training and career development mechanism,ignoring the problem of enterprise culture construction.According to the existing incentive mechanism theory and incentive method,this paper puts forward thefollowing optimization scheme for the existing problems of Qingdao HT company: in the field of material incentive,it is necessary to improve the pay and welfare system,eliminate the unfair salary system,and properly raise the salary level of employees.The performance evaluation incentive should set up a scientific performance index system,reduce the subjective influence of people in the evaluation score,and introduce the employee mutual evaluation system.With regard to the employee training system,we should aim at the development of enterprises,fully consider the development needs of employees,and establish a scientific and perfect training system and program.In terms of career development motivation,it is necessary to set up the mechanism of lateral talent circulation and widen the mechanism of vertical double channel promotion to help employees to plan their career.With regard to the construction of enterprise culture,this article proposes to lead the enterprise culture construction,strengthen publicity,mobilize employees and jointly strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.It is hoped that the author's research will be helpful to Qingdao HT company and provide reference for small micro-innovation enterprise to optimize the incentive mechanism.
