With the development of economy and the perfection of modern cultural management theory,forestry-paper integration enterprise has some difficulties in cultural management,because it includes two kinds of company culture,forestry culture and paper industry culture.As we look through its development,we can find that the difference between two industries will bring about culture conflict which will hinder the process of forestry-paper integration.So we must focus on the culture conflict happened in forestry-paper integration,analyze the reasons and find out the method to solve this problems.If we can successfully solve the cultural conflict,we will decrease the management cost and eliminate the negative effect.In this way,we will exploit the integration advantages to the full.At the same time,cross-cultural management will help forestry-paper integration enterprise get valid steady development.This paper researches the forestry-paper integration company culture through qualitative and quantitative method.Chapter 1 will give brief introduction about the research background,goals,meaning,literature review and main content about the paper.There are also including research method and technical route.Chapter 2,there are some statement about related theories,including forestry-paper integration theory,company culture theory,cultural conflict theory,cross-cultural management theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method theory,which will be the basic theory for this paper.Chapter 3 will give qualitative analysis of forestry industry and paper industry in the integration and find out culture characteristics.Chapter 4 will design culture evaluation index system and construct multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to quantitative analyze forestry-paper integration company culture.Chapter 5 will give a case to positive analyze the satisfaction level for these two industry in detail.Chapter 6,we will conclude the conflict from former research,including performance,reasons and influences.Chapter 7,it will put up with methods to solve culture conflict and realize the development goal for forestry-paper integration.This paper researches forestry-paper integration company culture from four layer: material layer,system layer,behavior layer and spirit layer and give a case to analyze in detail.At first,this paper will introduce forestry-paper integration culture characteristic through qualitative aspect and gain the weight of these four influence factors.Then,the research will further scientifically study the forestry-paper integration culture.At the same time,in order to testify the scientific and practicable of this Index system,this paper will apply this model to a company.The result proves there are difference between these two industries.The satisfaction level for forestry culture is not quite satisfied,and the satisfaction level for paper industry culture is nearly satisfied,so there are actually difference existed.These difference will lead to culture conflict,this paper will focus on the analysis of forestry-paper integration culture conflict,including performance,reasons and influence.Finally,according to the analysis,this paper comes up with several cross-culture management method,including building a coordinating mechanism,choosing the most suitable cross-cultural management mode,adjusting organization structure,optimizing each system,organizing stuff culture training.These method will help company to solve culture conflict and stimulate the forestry-paper integration industry development.
