With rapid increasing of market economy and the bettering of the marketmechanism?the competitions between corporations are becoming shaper,and the coreof competition is human? the human resources functions continue to undergo changesas it seeks to play a more important role?Performance management is the keyprocedure of the human resource management?salesmen are valuable resources ofcorporation? how to manage them from performance efficiently,upgrade thesalesmen's performance most greatly,is an important field research?corporation willtry every means to design a scientific? reasonable and valuable performancemanagement system to make salesmen's behaviors regularity,instruct salesmen'sactions?motivate salesmen's enthusiasm and innovation spirits to achieve their goalsand cultivate salesmen better performance?From the theory and method of performance appraisal of performance assessment,based on the theories and methods to summarize and discuss the in-depth, looking forthe present development situation with the company match performance evaluationmethods.
