Research On Urban Solid Waste Classification And Governance From The Perspective Of Polycentric Governance

Since twenty-first Century,with the continuous growth of the world population and the rapid development of social economy,the problem of municipal solid waste has gradually become a hot society topic.The increasing amount of municipal solid waste and the variety of species have a great impact on the ecological environment.Many cities are facing the dilemma of "garbage besieged city".At present,how can we solve the city garbage problem,reduce the amount of garbage disposal gradually,realize the use of waste resources to maximize,improve people,s survival of the social environment,has become one of the major global social issues.Reviewing the historical experience of garbage disposal,garbage sorting is an important measure to solve the predicament of municipal solid waste.Garbage sorting management is beneficial to the healthy development of economy and the development of human society.This paper takes Nanjing garbage classification govermance as a case study,to explore the development and existing problems on the basis of comprehensive analysis by "polycentr:ic governance theory",the paper tries to find out the new ideas of city garbage sorting management,provide some suggestions for the construction and improvement of our city garbage classification management.The full text is composed of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status,research methods and research framework and content;the second part of the paper covers the city garbage and waste classification concept and defines the system of multicenter govermance theory and its applicability The third part,through the data search and field research,summarizes the development process and present situation of the domestic waste classified management in Nanjing.The fourth part,based on the theory of multi center governance,focuses on the analysis of the existing problems and causes of the classified management of domestic waste in Nanjing.The fifth part,by studying the Japanese garbage classification management mode and summarizing its successful experience,demonstrates the significance of multicentre governance theory in the classification of municipal solid waste.The sixth part puts forward measures for Nanjing's domestic waste classification and governance.The seventh part is the conclusion part of this article.
