The Application Research Of TnPM In The Equipment Management Of Y Cigarette Factory

With the development of the tobacco industry,cigarette manufacturing companies have purchased a large number of advanced production equipment.How to manage and use these advanced equipments has attracted the attention of cigarette manufacturers.The TPM-based TnPM equipment management theory provides a more practical solution for equipment management of Chinese enterprises.Based on the TnPM and related equipment management theory,this paper gives a research to the application of TnPM in equipment management of Y cigarette factory.Firstly,the paper introduced the status quo of equipment management in Y cigarette factory.Secondly,the paper designed the propulsion scheme for Y cigarette factory,determined the target of the promotion activity,formulated the corresponding promotion plan,and established the TnPM propulsion organization,then,according to the requirements of each module of TnPM,successfully constructed the Y cigarette factory equipment management system based on TnPM theory.The main contents of the system include:Comprehensive application of 6S,6H,visualization,positioning and other tools to build a neat and orderly production site;use SOON solution to design cigarettes manufacturing enterprises equipments maintenance system,establish self-maintenance system and norms to enhance employees' self-management level and equipment management participation;establish employee growth and knowledge assets management mechanism through OPL and OPS activities;build a three-loop equipment maintenance system based on information flow by integrating TnPM with information technology.Practice shows that the TnPM theory is very suitable for equipment management of Y Cigarette Factory,the equipment management system based on TnPM theory is effectively enhance the level of enterprise equipment management.In addition,this paper demonstrates the application progress of TnPM in Y-Cigarette Factory,shares the experiences of cigarette manufacturer in promoting TnPM system,and has important reference value for other cigarette manufacturing enterprises to apply TnPM system.
