Gas industry is the fundamental trade of national economy.Gas supply is served as an infrastructure of investment environment as well as water and power supply in many foreign countries.The industrial gas market in China is considered as the most dynamic market in the world.The growth rate of Chinese market remains about 15%.Gas industry,the blood of modern industry,can be widely applied to metal smelting and oil industry,which plays a crucial role in social economy.With the development of social productivity,the construction of gas industry needs to be improved.The traditional theory of the project and technique cannot meet its needs.Therefore,I will analysis the key points of the new Project about industrial gas and introduce the critical chain management about the progress in order to meet the requirements of the construction of industrial gas as well as improving the management level of BGQT Project.1)Analyze the progressive plan and controlling characteristic of LH New Project of Industrial GasIntroduce the background and content of this new project.Analyze the feature of the management of LH New Project of Industrial gas.2)Base on the progressive plan of the critical chain methodStudy the programming process of the critical chain method.Specify the content and skills in each step.Pay special attention to the recognition of the critical chain and the buffer set model.The specific workflow includes breaking down the work structure,ranking activity logic,defining project resources,estimating activity duration,recognizing the critical chain and setting the buffer model,which finally leads to the basic progressive plan of the LH New Project of Industrial gas.3)Design the progressive controlling method of the LH New Project of Industrial GasBe based on the control theory and previous management experiences of BGQT.Design a targeted progressive controlling method for LH New Project.Combine the features of the buffer zone about critical chain method.Search a modified method to manage the buffer zone according to the trichrome way.In my opinion,the critical chain method can effectively solve the resource bottleneck and cut down the task time,which is beneficial to improve the progressive schedule and controlling level of LH New Project of Industrial Gas.According to the study in this article,it is possible to improve the management of LH Project and provide refererence to the similar project.
