Research On Optimization Of Sales Logistics System In AG Company

Iron and steel industry is an important pillar industry of the country,continuous reelection of steel production in the world,and account for nearly half of the world output of steel production,but there is a big gap from the iron and steel power.Now the Steel industry output is oversupply,the market is very competitive,and logistics is "the third profit source" by the iron and steel enterprises attach great importance.Sales logistics is an important part of enterprise logistics system,but also a convergence point of Logistics and logistics community,which is important to carry out market competition.AG company is a large iron and steel enterprises,through optimizating of sales logistics system in the AG company,to reduce logistics costs,improve customer service levels,enhance the market competitiveness.This paper summarized the theory of logistics,logistics systems,and then describes the current status of the AG's sales logistics,analysis inadequate logistics system to find its cause,determine the optimal goals and ideas.For the cause analysis,applicating logistics systems theory,in terms of logistics network design,logistics information systems,transport subsystem optimization,put forward specific optimization measures.Because third-party logistics providers represent an important share in sales logistics system of the AG,and because of bidding process's shortages,this article use AHP third party logistics supplier evaluation and selection,and made specific index in the text system,and practical examples to demonstrate the feasibility and decision support capabilities of the evaluation method.
