| In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards and cultural quality,the issue of children’s education has received great attention from parents and the country,and toys have played an indispensable role in the growth process of children.Combination must become a new trend.However,compared with foreign countries,the current market for preschool education toy products in China has low added value and a single form,lacks attention to the development of children’s multiple intelligences,and provides more systematic design method guidance.Based on the consideration of the status quo,this article applies the multiple intelligence theory to the design of early childhood education toys through literature research,market research,behavior observation,model deduction,and questionnaires.The main research results are as follows:(1)Systematic analysis and research on multiple intelligence theory and preschool education toys.The essential attributes and combined forms of multiple intelligence theory are derived,and the classification of preschool education toys from the perspective of multiple intelligences is summarized,including language classes,mathematical logic classes,and body.Sports,space,nature observation,music,introspection,interpersonal communication;(2)Record and summarize the physical and mental development characteristics and game characteristics of children through field observations,and draw different ages of children.The requirements for the design of preschool education toys are mainly explained from the aspects of toy shape,color,material and intelligent training;(3)starting from the characteristics of children’s multiple intelligence development through comparison of general industrial product design and preschool education toy product design,A "I-BFS" design model for preschool education toys based on multiple intelligence theory was constructed,and a method and process for designing preschool education toys based on multiple intelligence theory were summarized.The model divides the design process into multiple intelligent domains,behavioral domains,functional domains,and structural domains.It emphasizes the establishment of multiple intelligent and behavioral mappings,behavioral and functional mappings,and functional and structural mappings,and gradually derives the design results.Assist designers in innovative design;(4)Design methods and processes based on the "I-BFS" model.First,the children’s multiple intelligence assessment questionnaire is used to investigate the characteristics of children’s multiple intelligence development,and the goal is to establish training by establishing a norm.Intelligent,the design prototype of early childhood education toy "I-BFS”based on multiple intelligence theory was obtained.Finally,the validity and feasibility of this method were verified through design practice. |
