After years of development,composite industry has become an important leading material in the field of new materials.It is also one of China's strategic emerging industries.The dry filament winding production line is an important production line equipment in the field of composite material forming equipment.The dry filament winding production line is a large-scale complex engineering system with high temperature,high pressure and high strength,which needs to meet the characteristics of high enough safety,reliability and long service life.It is a concentrated embodiment of the highest technical level of natio nal defense science and technology industry.Its project research and development has the characteristics of high technical difficulty,high cost and long cycle.The technical management complexity of project R & D is far more than that of other conventional industries.The research and application of R & D project schedule management of dry filament winding production line is very representative,which relevant experience can be applied in other similar industries and fields.This paper aims at the problems of current dry fiber winding production line projects,resource constraints and management difficulties,which uses modern advanced project management methods combined with practical work to solve the problem of serious delay in the progress of production line R & D projects.According to the user's requirements proposed the milestone node plan,the overall project is divided into several sub projects according to the work breakdown structure dictionary,the zero-level network plan is prepared,the schedule of the production line project is optimized by the appropriate optimization scheme,and the zero-level network plan of the production line project is finally given.In the research on progress control of R & D project of production line,establish a project situation report system to timely grasp the implementation of the R & D project plan and the specific problems existing.Use hierarchical control and scientific research management and control platform to timely find and deal with all kinds of deviation problems,and adjust and update the project plan according to the actual situation,so as to meet the requirements of the overall R & D cycle of the project.Formulate reasonable guarantee measures for project schedule management to ensure that the imp lementation plan of the project can be implemented.Finally,the paper summarizes the progress management of R & D project of production line,and gives suggestions for future research work.In this paper,LPG dry filament winding production line project s chedule management as an example,under the condition of not changing the existing external constraints,we focus on exploring and studying the project schedule management method of dry filament winding production line which is suitable for China's national conditions,and at the same time,we explore new ideas and new methods.that can provide reference for the whole national defense or other large-scale project management.
