Research On C Gas Company Safety Investment Benefit

In 2018,China's macroeconomy was fairly stable,and policies on low carbon and environmental protection continued to help the vigorous development of China's natural gas market.Natural gas consumption continued to see substantial increase,up 16.6% year-on-year,accounting for 7.8% of the total primary energy consumption.The gas growth rate exceeded 15% in the urban area,and the major gas companies across the country witnessed rapid development,expanding their scale and seizing the market.Problems about gas safety also followed,and gas accidents have caused a large amount of property damages to gas companies.Urban gas was oriented to urban residents,and gas safety issues could also become social problems.Most gas companies could not afford any gas accidents.More and more gas companies have begun to consider the issues of safety,and they have started realize the importance of safety investment,hoping to understand the inputs that have a great impact on safety and the appropriate amount safety investment but have nowhere to get started.However,the effect of safety investment was difficult to reflect,and was also lagging behind,and thus there have been many difficulties in the evaluation of safety input efficiency.The research on the investment efficiency of urban gas safety by domestic and foreign scholars was blank,and therefore analysis on the safety investment efficiency of urban gas enterprises and to find an analysis model of urban gas safety investment is of great practical significance.C gas company is located at the junction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and has been engaged in gas business for quite some time.As a central enterprise,it boasts relatively complete gas business category,fairly good gas sales and relatively standardized safety management.With the current regional development being saturated,it is imperative to increase profits by controlling costs,so the author selects C gas company as an example to analyze the safety input efficiency,which is relatively representative.In the analysis process,the ISM model is introduced to define the various components of the safety investment of urban gas enterprises,and the relationship between the components is analyzed.And by applying the DEA super efficiency model,in addition to the total safety,the relationship between various safety inputs and safety benefits was analyzed.On the one hand,the safety investment of C gas companies was optimized,and on the other hand,the urban gas companies were aided to understand the relationship between investment and safety benefits.A method to provide reference for the optimization of safety investment for urban gas enterprises was also established,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.
