With the continuous development of economy,people to constantly improve building thermal comfort requirements,however it all in at the expense of the energy.In today's energy crunch,carry out low carbon residential construction is imperative.Due to low carbon energy saving technology on the use of restricted by cost is difficult to get promotion,so the main purpose of this paper is to find reasonable cost,energy saving effect meets the requirements of low carbon building technology.Lingnan area belongs to the hot summer and warm winter area,in guangzhou as an example,studies the conditions of energy-saving means to meet above requirement.This article mainly used Dest energy consumption simulation software,research and analysis of various energy saving technology energy saving situation in guangzhou area.Including: 1.Through to the south by 15 degrees east to south by west 15 ° is an unit with 1 ° deflection are 30 times obtain the best toward the selection of the building.2.Through the simulation of the 25 different building wall,analysis the minimum coefficient of heat transfer limit in guangzhou region exterior walls.3.Analysis of seven different outside window energy performance in guangzhou area.Analysis of four different external blinds to save building energy consumption.At the same time use the payback period of static calculation method for the evaluation of various energy-saving measures of economy,and the selection of low carbon buildings in lingnan area with the energy saving measures of cost optimization.Which determines the aerated concrete has cost advantages,most energy saving efficiency is 27%,the cost recovery of only 4.65 years.And using low-e glass can achieve about 23% of the energy saving efficiency,at the same time in 8.5 years can recycling costs,is outside the window on the selection of comprehensive top choice.
