| With the development of power technology,intelligent substation plays an important role in transmitting and converting electrical energy and monitoring the real time running state of the power grid.The equipment is highly intelligent,integrated and informational,and the information transmission is high speed and reliable,and the interactive function is more humanized.In the process of construction,it is convenient to save land and maintain.In the process of application,low energy consumption,high reliability and many advantages,make it play a mainstay in the development of green and strong power grid.As more and more intelligent primary devices are put into use,the research process and application of smart substations have become more and more popular.China plans to achieve the goal of "Strong Smart Grid" in 2020.This paper first introduces the development trend of intelligent substation at home and abroad,and introduces the structure characteristics of "three layer two network" in intelligent substation.Taking the construction project of Liang She 220 kV intelligent substation as a platform,the necessity of construction of the station is clarified through the statistics and analysis of the power load demand of the power grid and district.From the perspective of building,through statistical data,load forecast,short circuit calculation,one of the main equipment of intelligent smart substation has distinct characteristics of the summary selection,draw a system wiring diagram,brief design of insulation coordination and general layout.For the main two circuits,including the main transformer protection,220 kV bus protection and line protection,110 kV bus protection and110 kV line protection,besides the corresponding AC voltage loop,the corresponding network structure has been designed in detail.The 220 kV and 110 kV common measure and control equipment were selected and configured,and the scheme of the above group cabinet was given in detail.The protection of 35 kV busbar and line,station change and capacitor protection are briefly designed.Combined with the practical application of the station,an example is given to illustrate how to use the SCD file parsing software based on the virtual terminal.The example is to add a measuring and control device to the station,and illustrate the configuration process of SCD file and the modification method of it.The situation of the actual operation of the Liang She station and the problems that need to be explored and rectify are summarized.Through the data statistics and analysis of the optical fiber attenuation problem gives a solution.It also explains the upgrading of the merging unit of the station and the reasons for the change of the replacement of the 220 kV non full phase time relay.Finally,based on the obvious difference between the intelligent substation maintenance and the conventional station,some suggestions on the operationand maintenance of the local intelligent station are taken into forward. |
