Research On The Education Value Of Campus Landscape

With the proposal and practice of the concept of green development,and the popularization of quality education,how to play the role of campus landscape in quality education is becoming a new issue in the development of the education reform in China.With the increasing investment of education and the effectively strengthen of the greening,beautify and construction of facilities of school environment,people attach more and more attention to the positive role of campus landscape in education.The education value of school should be reflected due to school’s function of the uniqueness requirement of campus landscape,which is different of city landscape construction.Based on the basic theory of pedagogy and landscape design,this paper analyzes the current state of the campus landscape construction by means of questionnaire survey of W middle school in Yueyang.In fact,each element of campus landscape has its education value.Combined with the field trip of the overall layout and color of campus landscape,architectural and culture wall,and landscape sketch and green plants of W middle school and so on,and the expression of the education value of campuse landscape,this paper analyzes the function of the education process of campus landscape and the realization of its value in W middle school in Yueyang-one of "the ten beautiful architectures in Yueyang",with the purpose of providing referrence value to the primary and secondary schools in education by optimizing campus landscape environmentThis paper also expresses our thoughts of the education value of cmpus landscape,in the meanwhile of the case of a middle school in the construction of campus landscape in our country.Based on education in optimizing campus landscape design,the ecology sustainable development is needed and human care should be reflected which should be integrated into school’s history regional culture.In order to build a better school,promoting the construction of campus landscape in our country in practice,espcially the landscape of middle school,is expected.
