The energy crisis and environmental pollution are two big mountains in front of human development.This is even more true for the automotive industry.How to reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution is an urgent issue in the automotive industry.The transformation of the automobile industry will affect the Chinese economy.Development has far-reaching significance.Under such a severe situation,the focus of the automobile industry will be transferred to new energy vehicles and the process of auto industrialization will be accelerated.This is the development trend and inevitable choice of China and even the international automobile industry.After analyzing the development of the new energy automobile industry in China and the problems that have emerged in recent years,although new energy vehicles have been developing at a high speed in China in recent years,new energy vehicles have started late in China and they have formulated new energy sources in a healthy and reasonable manner.The development strategy of the automobile is of crucial importance.In addition,the development is too dependent on the financial subsidy policies of the state and the government.The problem of “cheat compensation,” waste of resources,and inefficient use of subsidy funds is becoming increasingly prominent,which seriously hinders the entire development of new energy automotive industry.In response to these problems,this paper proposes a network analysis method-SWOT analysis method(ANP-SWOT)model to seek the best choice for China's auto industry development strategy,and considers the impact of short-term strategy on long-term strategy to optimize the evaluation model and select the best The strategy is to accelerate the industrialization of new energy vehicles,effectively respond to the current energy and environmental pressures,and at the same time promote the sustainable development of the automotive industry.On this basis,the key factor for the development of new energy vehicles is to construct an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the financial subsidy policy,and to evaluate the effectiveness of the current financial subsidy policy for China's new energy vehicle finance.The subsidy policy was redesigned to provide ideas.Presently and at a critical stage of the development of new energy vehicles in China,based on the previous research,this paper combines China's actual conditions at the present stage to innovate the methods and provide new research for the strategic choice of new energy vehicles and the design of financial subsidies in China.The train of thought has very important reference and reference for the government and the administrator,and it provides strategic and tactical protection for the sustainable development of China's new energy automotive industry in the next phase.
