Research On Enterprise Effect Of New Subsidy Policy For New Energy Vehicle

Nowadays,the global climate problem is getting worse.Human beings are facing a huge crisis of survival.The non-renewable resources on the earth are drying up.This has prompted people to shift their targets to cleaner and more environmentally friendly renewable resources.New energy vehicles can not only alleviate severe environmental pressures,but also promote the upgrading and upgrading of traditional industries.Therefore,countries around the world have increased the development of new energy vehicles to promote the transformation of transportation energy strategy and seize the commanding heights of economic growth.Although developed countries are leading the way in new energy vehicle manufacturing in China,after nearly a decade of rapid development,China's new energy automobile industry has gradually occupied the global new energy automobile industry with the support of state subsidy policies.Increasingly large proportion.High government subsidies have also caused a series of problems.After the outbreak of fraudulent activities by new energy auto companies,the state has attached great importance to it.The government's subsidies for new energy vehicles have begun to decline,the amount of subsidies has been declining year by year,subsidy standards have increased,and new energy sources have been promoted.The automotive industry began to move from a policy-driven to a market-driven one.This paper studies the implementation effect of subsidy policy on new energy auto companies from three aspects: theoretical analysis,policy analysis and case analysis.First of all,in the theoretical aspect,the necessity of government support is proposed from the externality of new energy vehicle technology research and development,and the transfer payment theory is used to analyze the influence mechanism of price and demand of new energy vehicles.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,through the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the new energy vehicle related website,we will sort out the subsidy policy for new energy vehicles in China since 2009,and describe the policy effects from the aspects of market sales scale and industrial innovation technology.Then,under the macro background,BYD,a leader in the field of new energy vehicles,was selected as a case company for longitudinal analysis,and compared with other companies in the industry,combined with financial and non-financial indicators to evaluate the impact of subsidy policies on business performance.From the R&D innovation input and output,it analyzes how the subsidy standard promotes various technological innovations of the enterprise,analyzes the incentive effect of the subsidy policy and the impact of implementing the declining mechanism.Finally,valuable reference suggestions are proposed at the corporate strategy level and national policy level to promote the vigorous development of the new energy automobile industry.
