The article focuses on the problems existing in the inspection management of railway transportation buildings,and combines the requirements of the new version of the “Rules for Maintenance and Repair of Railway Transportation Buildings”,and conducts research in accordance with the safety management process to meet the actual needs of the work scene.The purpose is to solve the problem such as false inspections of the inspection management of railway transportation buildings,improve the efficiency of inspection,promote the closed-loop management of equipment diseases,and provide tools for the evaluation of inspections of management of railway transportation buildings,and promote Informationazition on the management of railway transportation buildings,and the establishment of a professional disease database for building repair.Through the research of the paper,consult relevant documents at home and abroad to find the techniques and ideas suitable for the work scene.Through market research,find related hardware devices and interfaces that meet the requirements.Through the comparison method,determine the optimal solution.The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1.The requirements analysis was conducted from the patrol management organization,job responsibilities,and business processes.2.Designed a railway transportation buildings inspection management information system.The system is based on the asp.net technology and uses the sql server database.The system is set up on the railway internal service network.It adopts physical isolation from the Internet and logically adopts a three-tier architecture.The interaction mode is B/S.The function is divided into equipment ledger,inspection records,disease management,assessment and evaluation,and data statistics.Other major functions,as well as related back-office assistant management functions.In the information system,an algorithm for automatically generating an inspection plan,computing device technology status,and matching equipment was innovatively designed,and an interface for equipment ledger and disease location annotation based on the BIM model was designed.3.Integrated hand-held terminal with fingerprint attendance,GPS positioning and gprs data transmission functions as the source of inspection data collection.The inspecter's on-site fingerprint attendance,location information and attendance information are wirelessly transmitted,the inspectation plan is automatically compiled,the inspection effectiveness is automatically identified,the inspection rate is automatically calculated,and equipment diseases and pictures can be entered and performed through a computer terminal.Closed-loop management,on-line dynamic management of equipment ledgers,assessment and evaluation are conducted online,and data such as equipment liability,disease detection and disposal quantity,disease classification,equipment technology status,assessment and evaluation results are automatically aggregated and displayed.The data wireless transmission success rate is 100%,and the system runs stably,meeting the maximum concurrent demand of the unit.
