Study On Post Evaluation Of Lake Type National Wetland Park Construction

The National Wetland Park is an important way for the effective protection and rational development of wetland resources.Reliable evaluation is the key to promoting its healthy development.With the emphasis on wetland ecological and environmental protection,the construction of the National Wetland Park shows a leap-forward development.Compared with the rapid development of the National Wetland Park,the National Wetland Park itself is affected by different factors,and the overall quality of the wetland park is presented.With varying degrees of decline,its construction and development have been questioned.How to measure the level of construction of the national wetland park,whether to achieve the multi-objective win-win situation of national and local ecological protection and social services has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently.The National Wetland Park has its own environmental characteristics and its external service characteristics,defines the construction goals,determines the connotation of the construction level,explores the post-construction evaluation model of the national wetland park,and coordinates the environmental protection,social services and economic benefits of the wetland park.The balance provides an effective method and tool for objectively measuring the level of national wetland park construction.It also provides guidance and measures for improving the construction quality of wetland parks,and strengthens the scientific and targeted construction and development of wetland parks.In order to make the indicators of the post-construction evaluation of the National Wetland Park more targeted,this study took the lake-type national wetland park as the appropriate research object,based on the theory of sustainable development and systematic evaluation theory,from the ecological restoration of wetland parks,social services,and economy We will promote ideas and models for post-evaluation of lake-type national wetland parks in three areas,and establish a post-evaluation index system for lake-type national wetland parks.Among them,the ecological restoration indicator layer includes four factors: water environment and its change,soil quality and its change,bio-community and its dynamics,and wetland landscape pattern change characteristics.The social service indicator layer includes tourism and leisure,scientific research,regional reputation,and public protection.There are five factors in the input index of consciousness and wetland protection,and the economic promotion index includes five factors: tourism income,animal and plant products,economic density,employment,and industry-related effects.The comprehensive evaluation model was established based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-variation coefficient method-comprehensive index method,and the post-construction evaluation index PEI was used to measure the construction level of the current lake-type national wetland park and the current development status of the lake-type national wetland park.The trend has a clear understanding and provides a common post-construction evaluation indicator system and methodological tool.The Taihu Lake National Wetland Park is used as an example to conduct empirical research.The results show that the post-construction evaluation index of Taihu National Wetland Park rose from35.54 in 2005 to 2015.In the year of 75.48,the post-construction evaluation grade was“good”,and the overall construction level was more significant.This achieved a quantitative study of post-construction evaluation of the lake-type national wetland park.Finally,based on the sustainable development goals,the Taihu National Wetland Park construction and development strategy is proposed,and it is expected to provide theoretical guidance or reference for the subsequent development and construction of the lake-type national wetland park,so as to effectively improve the construction level of the wetland park.
