With the rapid development of China's economy and the support of "The Belt and Road"policy,"Going out" has become the main development strategy for most of the EPC enterprises.To expand the wider market space abroad,every EPC enterprise will be faced with the challenge of construction quality assurance.Therefore,the construction quality control based on EPC model has become an inevitable trend.However,few owners conduct an objective and accurate overall evaluation of construction quality in overseas construction projects at present.Due to the fact that some enterprises have an inadequate understanding of the quality control advantages in EPC mode,the quality problems appear in the process of delivery and operation in the overseas EPC general contracting project.Conducting the construction quality control based on the advantages of EPC mode quality control is one of the effective ways to solve the above problems.Through an empirical case of the Alfa fuel power plant,this paper researches on construction quality control under the EPC model and draws a conclusion that the design scheme and the material transportation distance have the strongest influence on the construction quality control of the Alfa fuel power plant.Besides,according to the actual situation of the Alfa fuel power plant,this paper conducts reasonable optimization on construction quality control process.First and foremost,based on a large number of documents and materials related to the engineering quality control status and the EPC mode,this paper analyzes the advantages and construction quality characteristics of the EPC fuel power plant.Further,this paper also points out the existing problems in the construction quality control process of the EPC fuel power plant at present and makes some corresponding optimization,which provides a theoretical support for the later contents in establishing an index system,constructing an evaluation model and optimizing the quality control process.Then,based on the principle of system dynamics,the three stages of EPC mode quality control are analyzed and the causality diagram of construction quality control in EPC mode is constructed by the combination of the three stages.By analyzing and refining the causality diagram,the construction quality control index system of fuel oil power plant under EPC mode is established from four aspects of design,purchase,construction and environment.Finally,through an evaluation model combining the analytic hierarchy process and grey relational grade method,an empirical study of the Alfa oil fired power plant is conducted and the key factors of construction quality control is confirmed by the model sensitivity analysis.According to the above research results and the actual construction quality control process of the Alfa oil fired power plant,the construction quality control process is reasonably optimized in this paper,so as to provide reference for the construction quality control in the EPC mode.Compared with the EPC model,the traditional construction mode performs worse in the schedule control,the cost management and quality control,so the development of EPC model is the general trend.The EPC model owns an advantage of the overall management in three stages,namely design,procurement and construction.In this paper,by establishing the index system and the evaluation model of construction quality control in the EPC fuel power plant and making use of the advantages of the EPC mode,the analysis of the construction quality control and the optimization of the processes in the fuel power plant are completed,which provides valuable reference and research direction regarding with the construction quality control for the EPC enterprises in the future.
