Smart electric terminal refers to one or more of the intelligent technology,and has one or more intelligent characteristics of household and similar electrical appliances,must have the specific content of intelligent character of consumer perceived;intelligent technology is the combination of artificial intelligence and control the formation of cross application technology,for example,fuzzy control,neural network control and expert control is the most commonly used intelligent technology.The company is a new enterprise for the design,development,production and sale of intelligent household appliances.Based on the national low carbon energy strategy and the Internet industry development strategy,this paper studies and analyzes the design and operation strategy of smart home appliances developed by Jiazhi terminal company,so as to verify the feasibility of the project and its development strategy.Based on various methods of market research on the design for the home intelligent market demand survey,using field research method,this paper selected three typical district of Beijing city Chaoyang District bodied mountain,sun ad,Ziyumountain villa,conducted a questionnaire survey,the residents demand difference analysis,and Chi home company project and the industry SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of SWOT model and its terminal company intelligence analysts opportunities and threats.On this basis,this paper analyzes the feasibility of the project from three aspects,including user benefit,operator benefit and social benefit,analyzes the comprehensive benefits brought by smart home appliances,and makes a predictive analysis of the cost effectiveness and sensitivity of the project.It is proved that the household smart electricity terminal project is in line with the needs of residents.for intelligent devices,and has huge potential market,and it can create good benefits in many aspects.Based on the above analysis,combined with the characteristics of Jiazhi terminal products,and based on the future de-velopment of smart grid in China,we put forward suggestions and strategies to enhance the strategic management of Jiazhi terminal company.In conclusion,home intelligent electric terminals can promote the development of social intelligence and low carbon,aiming at the investment income of enterprises,it can achieve the expected profitability.
