Research On The Transformation Of Railway Transportation Enterprises To Third Party Logistics

The research and application on Supply chain management and resource integration is very late in China.Railway mostly based on the theoretical framework to explore deep enough on the area.To some Chinese company,such as manufacturers or commercial enterprises,although have been gradually carried out the theory and achieved a certain economic and social benefits.But the study of supply chain management is not enough.There is blank in the supply.If we can give a guide by the theory of supply chain management,the use of modern management system to reduce costs,optimize the entire business process and the development of new value-added services,and promote the construction of railway modernization information management platform to make full use of various resources,to achieve information sharing,the implementation of more optimized and more reasonable lean transportation,to provide customers with more efficient,convenient and safe service..Railway can get promoted in railway freight business philosophy,business processes,management mechanisms remodeling and reconstruction.Thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the basic theory,mainly on the basis of theory and research related to a simple set laid the theoretical foundation for later study.The second part is to introduce the basic theory,focusing on the third party logistics and supply chain management theory,to provide a theoretical basis for the following.The third part is the necessity and feasibility of the third party logistics in railway transformation.The fourth part is a strategic railway transport to a third party logistics transformation.The fifth part is the Harbin Railway Bureau,for example,put forward some proposals under the conditions of use of existing transport can be taken.
