Research On Applicability Of Preventive Maintenance Based On Asphalt Pavement In Liaoning Province

More than 90%of the roads in Liaoning province have been built on asphalt pavement.In the future,asphalt pavement will still play an important role in the construction of new roads.With the rapid growth and operation time of urban and rural integration construction and the length of road traffic,The concept of maintenance of the asphalt pavement in Liaoning province has been transformed from the concept of "reconstruction of light care" to "construction,maintenance and development".Passing road asphalt pavement maintenance is given priority to with passive maintenance,passivity take corrective maintenance,the maintenance mode has no planning and maintenance,the unreasonable allocation of funds.According to the experience of maintenance at home and abroad,if you can in the appropriate sections,the proper time to choose the applicability of preventive maintenance measures,can effectively slow the further decline of pavement performance,improve road performance index to extend the service life of pavement.At present,the research on preventive maintenance of pavement asphalt pavement in Liaoning is still in its infancy.Therefore,the research of applicability of precautionary maintenance decisions and conservation measures based on the asphalt pavement in Liaoning Province is necessary.This is of great significance to improve the level of municipal road maintenance and management in Liaoning,arrange the maintenance of funds reasonably and extending the service life of roads.Based on the existing research results,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)The different preventive maintenance technical measures were summarized,and the service life of different curing technical measures was analyzed.(2)Taking the Taishan Road and Nanjing south Road of as an example,the road surface technology status of the municipal road was analyzed through RQI,PCI and PQI.The results show that the method could reasonably distinguish the diseases of municipal roads.The treatment measures were different according to different diseases,which was also provided an important reference for preventive maintenance technical measures.(3)The factors affecting the applicability of preventive conservation were identified,and several representative decision-making methods were summarized.The main influencing factors are the condition of the pavement itself,the traffic conditions outside the environment,the environmental impact conditions and the custody units.Decision-making methods are life cycle cost analysis,cost-benefit method,artificial neural network,genetic algorithm,fuzzy set theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).(4)The precautionary maintenance model of asphalt pavement in Liaoning province was constructed,and the method of AHP was used to determine the preventive maintenance decision and suitability of asphalt pavement in Liaoning province.Combined with Tai shan road,Nanjing south street multi-function detection data and foot survey situation.The applicability selection of preventive maintenance technical measures was determined.(5)Based on the present situation of Tai shan Road and Nanjing south street,the most applicable preventive maintenance measures are Novachip and Hot in-place recycling.Novachip can significantly improve the durability,noise reduction and safety of the pavement.Hot in-place recycling technology was studied,and the mixture ratio of recycled asphalt mixture ratio,total asphalt dosage and new addition asphalt mixture ratio and other indexes were determined by experiment.According to the performance analysis of the road,the high temperature stability and low temperature anti-cracking performance indexes can meet the requirements of related technical indexes.Through the two road preventive maintenance measures of construction testing and observation,thus proving based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the asphalt pavement preventive maintenance measures of rationality,applicability is stronger.This paper systematically summarizes the preventive maintenance measures of asphalt pavement in Liaoning province.The research model of preventive maintenance decision and suitability of asphalt pavement in Liaoning province was determined by AHP.Through the rationality of the field project verification hierarchy process,this paper provides more reference methods for the selection of preventive maintenance measures for asphalt pavement in Liaoning province.
