Research On The Planning Of Wuqiang Country Of Hebei Province

The safety and stability of the power system is the foundation of the normal operation of the whole country.The distribution network,which lies in the end of the power system and is connected to the consumers directly,play an important role in the system.The construction of the distribution network is lag to the transmission network.The scientific and reasonable planning schemes of the distribution network will reduce the cost of the system greatly.Furthermore,it will improve the security and stability of the power system.Hence,this paper studied the planning of the distribution network of Hebei province.The main contents are as below:The research status of the distribution network planning is introduced.The existing problems and the key technology that are needed to be solved are given.The stable calculation and transient analysis of the power system planning is introduced in detail,which is focus on the load flow,stability and mathematical model of power system.All of these lay a foundation to the work of this paper.The planning scheme of the distribution network of the 35 kV and 110 kV Wuqiang grid is proposed.The status of the distribution network of Wuqiang is introduced.The generators,substations,grid structure,economical and technical indexes are given.The problems of the distribution network is summerized.Thus,the planning object and scheme of the planning network is proposed.The invest cost and efficiency analysis verify the rational of the proposed planning scheme.The planning scheme of the distribution network of the 10 kV Wuqiang grid is proposed.The load,substation capacity,reactive power allocation,gird structure and renovation construction of the Wuqiang grid are given.Thus,the planning scheme of the distribution network of the 10 kV Wuqiang grid is proposed.The load flow,short circuit current,reliability and economy of the planning sheme are calculated.Finally,the invest cost and the benefit of the planning scheme is analyzed.The significance of the guidance of the planning scheme to other grids are performed.
