With the rapid and steady development of Chinese economy,coal consumption has continued to increase,and the number of industrial boilers has also increased.Because China's coal-fired industrial boilers have the characteristics of low thermal efficiency,high pollution and widespread distribution,they cause a great threat to the ecological environment and energy security.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the supervision of boiler energy efficiency and emissions.After detailedly describing the research background,current situation at home and abroad,and research purposes,the paper discusses the existing wireless communication methods and existing software network architectures,and proposes a technology based on 433 MHz RF and GPRS.The B/S model realizes the boiler energy efficiency and emissions remote monitoring platform.The system uses a 433 MHz RF technology to establish a communication network in the LAN,and connects to a remote server through a GPRS communication technology on the wide area network.The supervisors can remotely monitor the operation of the boiler through the browser and take corresponding analysis through energy efficiency or emission data.Measures.The system hardware is mainly composed of two modules: the collector and the concentrator.The hardware circuit is designed around the MSP430F149 microcontroller,the SI4432 RF chip,and the SIM900 A chip.The 433 MHz communication sub-module and the GPRS communication sub-module are integrated on the concentrator module.The collector is directly connected to the sensor and integrates a 433 MHz communication submodule.In software design,the system uses B/S as the software network architecture,and the software design is divided into three modules: data collection terminal,TCP/IP server and human-computer interaction interface.The MINA communication framework is used on the server side to achieve communication with the on-site acquisition hardware,and it is connected with the MySQL database to complete the data storage.In the human-computer interaction interface module,EasyUI technology,FLASH technology and Baidu map were used to realize the display of boiler operation status,energy efficiency and emission data on the Web page.
