The era background of stock optimization makes improving the spatial quality become an important direction of the current urban development. The existing residential area of the city is the most directly related to people's lives.Xi'an has left a large number of existing residential areas after various periods of social and economic development. The fast-paced life makes people pay more and more attention to the daily leisure activities to relieve the pressure. However, the existing residential areas in Xi'an are often built for a long time, and the leisure space is mostly homogenized according to the traditional residential area design concept. With the development of the times, the contradiction between the current situation of low-quality construction of leisure activity space in existing residential areas of Xi'an and the diversified and heterogeneous activity demand of residents is becoming more and more prominent. However, the existing research is lack of multi-dimensional research on the needs and activities of various groups of people in Xi'an's existing residential area leisure activity space. Therefore, from the perspective of time-space behavior,it has important theoretical and practical significance to the research on the full-age sharing of leisure activity space in Xi'an's existing residential area. This paper starts with the theoretical research, summarizes the current research methods of the influence relationship between leisure activity space and residents' spacetime behavior and space sharing design by combing the relevant theories and research methods of residents' space-time behavior and full-age sharing, divides the five age groups and explores the demand space types of various groups of leisure activities,as the theoretical basis of this topic. In the empirical analysis,Xi'an's "Railway Bureau residential area" is the specific research object.Firstly, the basic situation of the existing 10 leisure activity space points and the situation of each space crowd are investigated, and the temporal and Spatial Laws of daily leisure activities of the five age groups and the content of residents' leisure activities are analyzed. The leisure activity space is divided into district center level, block group level and unit yard level according to the actual situation of space use Three levels.Secondly, through the analysis of the superposition of the temporal and spatial characteristics of daily leisure activities of all age groups and the bearing and sharing of space activities, the paper explains the whole age sharing degree of the overall leisure activity space in the residential area and the bearing quality of the leisure activity space at all levels.Combined with the analysis of the satisfaction demand of all age groups for each leisure activity space,it expounds the whole age of leisure activities of the population The contradiction of sharing, and through the comparative analysis of the spatial facilities of different levels in the current standard, summed up the problem of the whole age sharing of the leisure activity space system and the leisure activity space of different levels in the residential area of the Railway Bureau. Finally, the goal and principle of the whole age Sharing Construction of the leisure activity space in the existing residential areas are defined, and the overall and hierarchical strategy of the whole age Sharing Construction of the leisure activity space in the existing residential areas of Xi'an is proposed. Then, the corresponding optimization design of the whole age sharing for the leisure activity space system in the residential areas of the Railway Bureau and the typical leisure activity space at all levels is proposed The response to the proposed strategy is expected to provide reference for the future development of leisure space in Xi'an existing residential areas.
